Building bespoke recall systems for practices that incorporate all long-term condition and drug monitoring recalls into one integrated system.
For each patient, the systems identify which clinicians the patients need to see, how long for, what blood tests and observations are needed based on their conditions and medications. The system provides all the reports for invitations, monitoring progress, exception reporting and anything else a practice wants.
