Recall Systems

Recall Systems

One Integrated System | All Long Term Conditions and Drug Monitoring | Bespoke to your practice
Building recall systems for practices that incorporate all long-term condition, drug monitoring and patient specific recalls into one integrated system.

For each patient, the systems identify which clinicians the patients need to see, how long for, what blood tests and observations are needed based on their conditions and medications. The system provides all the reports for invitations, monitoring progress and exception reporting.

Working with Matt and Innovative Practice over the last few months has improved the way we deliver care to our patients.

His approach has helped solve the challenge of bringing together drug monitoring, long term condition reviews and ad hoc testing, so that our care is delivered in a more cohesive and efficient way.

That this all happens automatically, with very little user interaction required, has significantly reduced workload burden. It’s now hard to imagine how we managed without it.

How we can help you

Save time

A review of how a practice is using SystmOne by reviewing organisational preferences and looking around SystmOne to see what functionality a practice is using. This is ideally done with a manager and GP and talking through how SystmOne is configured. I’ve done this with a lot of practices and have found several areas of SystmOne configuration that generate a lot of extra work which is generally unnecessary. Often an hour or two of talking through changes in settings and showing how to use certain functions can make a very significant difference and save a lot of time for practices.

Training

Some practices have one or two areas they particularly want help with, e.g. admin tasks that take a lot of time, frustrations for clinicians. I provide a mix of training specific to those areas and I also have a lot of systems I’ve developed to help practices work more efficiently in particular areas.

Innovation

The best example of this is with recall systems for annual reviews and medication monitoring. Over the years, I’ve developed a robust recall system that can be used to manage all a practice’s recalls in an integrated way which saves a very significant amount of admin time, reduces wasted appointments, and improves safety and QOF outcomes.
